Marketing communications
You'll only receive marketing emails or texts from us if you sign up for them, for example through our newsletter or at checkout.
To stop, click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, reply STOP to any marketing text, or contact us. We'll still send messages about your orders and account. To stop receiving catalogs or other postal mail, just contact us.
Security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Our site is encrypted (HTTPS), and card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information as long as we need it to fulfill orders, support returns and warranty claims, maintain your account, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

RB Components is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the U.S.
Children & policy changes
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
Terms of Sale
How payment, shipping charges, and cancellations work.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. Payment for your products is collected when you place your order. Dealer and B2B accounts with approved credit terms are billed according to their account agreement.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout. For freight shipments, the shipping charge may be adjusted to the actual freight cost and billed at the time of shipment.

Back-orders
If any item on your order is out of stock, we'll let you know before your order is processed. If you choose to cancel a back-ordered item, the charge for that item will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders or items cancelled after your order has been processed and packed are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns of delivered items follow our return policy.
Our guarantee
Our service starts the moment you visit our site. If anything about your shopping experience isn't right, or your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, contact us right away so we can make it right. We aim for complete satisfaction for every customer, every time.
