The RB Components Jackknife Sofa Framework provides a lightweight, precision-built foundation for a custom van or RV seating solution. Designed as a framework-only system, it reduces shipping costs and gives customers the flexibility to supply their own cushions, foam, and upholstery.

Engineered to support a jackknife-style conversion, the frame allows seamless transition between seating and sleeping configurations once finished by the customer. Built for strength without excess weight, it installs easily in vans and RVs and integrates cleanly into a wide range of layouts.
