Shipping and Returns Policy

Effective January 1, 2024

Shipping Policy:

Product Ownership Transfer:
The title of the product shifts from RB Components to the customer upon delivery. RB Components reserves the right to choose shipment mode and routing, as well as the appropriate transportation company. Orders shipped outside the U.S.A. may be subject to customs and duty fees.

Responsibility for Damage and Missing Items:
RB Components is not liable for visible damage or missing boxes unless the customer properly receives and documents such issues in line with the American Truck Association/National Motor Freight Classification Rules. Acceptance of delivery is considered without exception if no count deviation notice is provided to RB Components within 48 hours. Concealed damage is waived unless reported within 7 days of delivery.

Will-Call Orders:
For Will-Call orders, inspection for visible damage and missing pieces is required at the time of pick-up. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to RB Components in writing before departing from RB's docks. Count accuracy and waiver of visible damage are assumed upon departure from RB Components' dock if not otherwise noted.

Direct Signature Requirement:
Due to the high value of certain items, a direct signature is required for shipments $500 and higher or for items deemed high value. RB Components is not responsible for lost or not received items if the signature requirement is waived.

Return Policy:

- Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

1. Initiate the Return:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the "Order History" section.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on "Returns" to start the return process.

2. Complete the Return Request Form:
- Fill out the return request form, providing details about the reason for the return.
- Attach any necessary supporting documentation or images.

3. Wait for Approval:
- Our customer service team will review your return request.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is approved, including return instructions.

4. Package the Items:
- Securely pack the items in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of the return approval email.

5. Ship the Package:
- Use a trackable shipping method to return the package to the address provided in the return approval email.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Receive Refund/Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving return approval.
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refusal of Return:
RB Components reserves the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the specified return conditions or if a return is requested beyond the 30-day period.
