    All RB Components orders are pre-paid.  Payment for order product total is collected upon order entry.  Shipping charges are invoiced separately at time of shipment to ensure shipping charge accuracy.  If any items on your order are out of stock, you will be advised prior to order processing.  If you choose to cancel any items on your order due to a back-order condition, your charges for that item will be deducted from your shipping total, and any remaining balance due will be issued by company check and sent via first class mail.  Any orders or products cancelled after order processing and packing are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Any questions about these terms should be directed to the Sales/Operations Manager.
