TPO Flooring - Coin
TPO is the floor for spaces that get used hard. Décor TPO resists gasoline, diesel, antifreeze, battery acid, engine oil, transmission and brake fluid, and common cleaners. It's UV-stable and skid-resistant, built for high-traffic and extreme-exposure use, indoors or out. Unlike vinyl (PVC) membranes, it won't give off toxic fumes if it burns, it meets FMVSS #302, and it doesn't carry the odor rubber-based floors are known for.
Choose black or gray, both in a coin (nickel plate) pattern. A spun polyester fleece backing is fused on during manufacturing, so TPO bonds cleanly to plywood and other porous wood subfloors.

Pre-cut sheets come slightly oversized so you can trim wheel wells and overall length to fit.

How much do I need?
Pre-cut Sprinter sheets are listed above. For other vans, trailers, garages or shop floors, buy by the linear foot off a 97"-wide roll.
What adhesive should I use?
Alpha Systems 3080 TPO Flooring Adhesive is recommended. Save 10% on TPO Coin Adhesive (#61511) when added to your flooring order. *Not valid with other discounts.*
Can I install it myself?
Yes – you'll need the adhesive, a 70 lb. roller and perimeter fasteners. Full steps are below.
Installation Instructions
Apply Alpha Systems 3080 TPO Flooring Adhesive with a brush, roller or trowel to a surface free of dirt, oil and other contaminants. Apply one coat to one surface (16–20 mils thick) and mate the two surfaces as soon as possible (open time is about 5–10 minutes). Use a 70 lb. linoleum roller (or equivalent) so the adhesive penetrates the fleece. Immediately after rolling, mechanically fasten the perimeter of the TPO flooring.
